Product Description
Our PVC coated welded wire mesh is a high-performance integrated metal mesh product manufactured with premium low-carbon steel wire as the base material, adopting precise electric welding forming technology and professional PVC dip-coating treatment. Different from ordinary welded mesh, this product features a dual protective structure of galvanized steel base and anti-corrosion PVC outer layer, which completely covers the wire surface with tight coating adhesion, no cracks, no peeling, and effectively isolates air, moisture, acid and alkali substances. With standardized welding process, every welding joint is firm and solid, the overall mesh surface is flat and smooth, the mesh aperture is uniform and neat, and the structural stability is excellent, not easy to deform or loose under external pressure and mechanical tension, realizing perfect combination of structural firmness and durable protection.
